项目基地位于福建省福州市晋安区宦溪镇创新村。东北侧为连绵茶山，周边池塘散布，自然资源丰富；基地辐射范围内散落三座村庄，西接宦溪镇，东南毗邻鹅峰寺。如何精准定位基地功能，依托特色资源实现茶厂可持续发展，并带动周边村庄经济振兴，是本项目的目标。
The site is located in Chuangxin Village, Huanxi Town, Jin'an District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. Expansive tea mountains stretch to the northeast, while scattered ponds dot the surrounding area, offering abundant natural resources. Three villages surround the site, with Huanxi Town to the west and Efeng Temple to the southeast. Defining the site's positioning, leveraging these distinctive resources to achieve sustainable tea factory operations, and proactively boosting the local economy of neighboring villages constitute the project's primary goal.
