       近年来，随着“美丽家园”建设兴起与国家级传统村落保护建设，乡村聚落开发建设日益成为学术界研究的热点。乡村聚落研究现状主要集中在乡村聚落景观、生态环境、空间形态、发展类型等方面，一般以单个镇域或行政村为研究单元，很少进行村庄综合类型的研究，且较少细化到自然村层级。

高原湖泊不仅具有调节地区气候、维持生态系统平衡等功能，而且湖泊优越的生态环境、丰富的水资源、景观资源也使环高原湖泊流域成为区域政治、经济、文化发展的核心。一方面，高原湖泊流域相对平缓的用地条件、便利的水利灌溉条件等吸引环高原湖泊周围城镇、乡村聚落密集分布，有效带动区域经济发展。另一方面，高原湖泊属于半封闭型湖泊，具有高度的生态脆弱性和敏感性，湖泊周围人居环境不合理的开发建设活动导致高原湖泊生态环境日益恶化。异龙湖是云南九大高原湖泊之一，湖区面积位列第四位，水量小且水深较浅，随着湖区快速的发展建设，湖泊生态环境保护与环湖聚落合理的保护开发建设迫在眉睫。

       本文以与异龙湖关系密切的异龙镇和坝心镇行政范围内的村庄为研究对象，研究内容主要包括三个方面：（1）环异龙湖乡村聚落空间分异特征研究。从地形、区位、规模、经济产业、历史年代和民族分布六个方面研究环湖乡村聚落空间分异规律特点，并总结其空间分异的基本特征。（2）环异龙湖乡村聚落景观资源评价。1.在环湖聚落景观资源构成分析的基础上，参考《风景名胜区规划规范(GB50298-1999)》，同时考虑环高原湖泊区域特殊性，建立环异龙湖乡村聚落景观资源评价体系。2.在环湖聚落空间分异特征研究的基础上，结合环湖聚落景观资源评价指标权重分析，综合选择地形、区位、规模、经济产业、历史资源及地域特色六个因素对环湖聚落类型进行划分。3.按照环异龙湖聚落景观资源评价体系，根据各指标权重分配值，采用模糊综合评价法对4个类型聚落进行景观资源综合评价。（3）环异龙湖乡村聚落景观优化建议。根据不同类型聚落景观资源评价结果对比分析，从整体上和不同类型村庄提出聚落景观保护发展优化建议。

Abstract

Inrecent years, with the rise of the "beautiful home" construction andthe protection of the national traditional village, the development andconstruction of rural settlements has increasingly become the focus of academicresearch. Research on present situation of rural settlementsare mainly concentrated in the rural settlement landscape, ecologicalenvironment, space form and the type of development, general with a single townor administrative village as the research unit, few studies have been carriedout on the comprehensive type of villages and less refined to natural villagelevel.

Plateaulake not only has the function of adjusting regional climate, maintaining theecological balance in the system, and the superior ecological environment, richin water resources, landscape resources also make the basin around plateau lakeas the core of regional political, economic and cultural development. On the one hand, the gentle land conditions, convenient irrigationconditions of the basin around plateau lake attract surrounding towns, ruralsettlements intensively distributed, which effectively promote the developmentof regional economy. On the other hand, theplateau lakes are semi closed lakes, with a high degree of ecological fragilityand sensitivity.The unreasonable development and construction activities of theenvironment around the lake have resulted in the deterioration of theecological environment of the plateau lake. Yilong lake is one of thenine plateau lakes in Yunnan, it’s lake area ranked fourth, withs small watervolume and shallow water depth. With the rapid development of the constructionof the lake, the protection of lake ecological environment andrational development and construction of lake settlement is imminent.

Thispaper takes the villages in the administrative area as the research object, the research content mainly includes three aspects: (1) Study on the spatial differentiation characteristics of ruralsettlement around Yilong Lake. Select six aspects as terrain,location, scale, industrial economy, historical period to study the spatialvariation characteristics of rural settlement around lake, and summarize thespatial variation of the basic characteristics. (2) The evaluation of thelandscape resources of rural settlement around Yilong Lake. 1Based on the analysis of landscape resources and "ScenicArea Planning specifications (GB50298-1999)",the landscape resourcesevaluation system is established. 2Based on the study ofspatial differentiation characteristics, combined with the landscape resourcesevaluation index weight analysis, choose six factors as the terrain, location,size, industry, economy, history, resources and geographical characteristics todivide the type of rural settlement around Yilong Lake.3According to the landscaperesources evaluation system and each index weight distribution value, using thefuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the landscape resources of the 4 types ofsettlements comprehensively. (3)Landscape optimization tipsof rural settlement around Yilong Lake. According to the results ofcomparative analysis of the evaluation of landscape resources, proposed optimization recommendations of landscape protection anddevelopment about whole town and different types of villages.
